The course
A point-to-point half marathon from outside the walls of Mdina, Malta's medieval capital, to the seafront at Sliema, mostly downhill with about 200 m of drop from start to finish. It runs from Mdina through central Malta and down to the harbour coast, then along the seafront through Pietà, Msida, Ta' Xbiex and Gżira to the finish on the Sliema promenade, on roads shared with the marathon.
